Acceptance

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Requests submitted through the contact form constitute an enquiry, not a binding contract, until we issue a written scope and you confirm it.

Services described

Pages describe professional reporting engagements: student outcomes briefs, attendance studies, school performance reviews, and board reporting sessions. Published fees are informational starting points.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and original graphics belong to Hillbase Education Reports Co., Ltd. Deliverables created for a campus belong to that campus upon full payment, except for our underlying methods, templates, and anonymised process knowledge, which remain ours.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for resale, or submit false contact details. School data shared for an engagement must be anonymised or otherwise lawfully provided.

Liability

Briefs reflect the records supplied. We are not liable for decisions made solely on incomplete registers, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts in Dak Lak have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
