Review cycle

From kickoff to leadership walkthrough

A shared sequence keeps school performance reviews and shorter briefs predictable during busy terms.

  1. Scope call. Confirm grades, subjects, reporting period, and whether the brief must be board-ready or internal only.
  2. Data intake. Receive anonymised attendance and assessment extracts. We run a quality check and list gaps before analysis begins.
  3. Draft visual brief. Charts and written commentary arrive for leadership comment. One revision round is included in standard fees.
  4. Walkthrough. Present findings on campus or at our Buon Ma Thuot office so questions can be answered against the evidence.

What we need from you

One file owner, consistent student codes across registers, and a short note on coding quirks such as transferred learners or combined classes.

Term timing

Most full reviews need four to six weeks. Book before board season if the walkthrough must land on a fixed committee date.

Record respect

We chart what the registers show. Missing weeks are labelled as gaps so district readers understand the limits of the brief.

Teaching time

Site visits focus on kickoff and presentation. Classroom observation sits outside the standard school performance review.
