Refund & cancellation
This policy covers deposits and fees for school performance reviews, student outcomes briefs, attendance studies, and board reporting sessions commissioned from Hillbase Education Reports Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for engagements cancelled under the conditions below. Informational website content has no purchase price and no refund.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@content-hillbase.click at least seven working days before the agreed kickoff for a full deposit refund, or within three working days of payment if kickoff has not been scheduled.
Full or partial refunds
- Full refund when we cancel for reasons within our control, or when you cancel within the timeframe above before work begins.
- Partial refund when data intake has started but the draft brief is not yet delivered: we retain up to 40% of the engagement fee for work completed.
- No refund after the draft visual brief has been delivered, except where we fail to provide the included revision or walkthrough without cause.
Non-refundable items
Pre-agreed travel costs already incurred for Dak Lak site visits, and third-party room hire booked at your request, are non-refundable once spent.
Refund process & timing
Email hello@content-hillbase.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff once without fee if notice arrives at least five working days prior. Later changes may adjust the delivery date and, where travel was booked, travel costs.
Deposits, no-shows & work started
A 40% deposit secures the start date. Failure to supply agreed registers within ten working days of kickoff may pause the engagement; deposits remain credited for ninety days. If a scheduled walkthrough is missed without notice, a replacement session may be rebooked at an additional half-day fee.
Materials
Printed chart packs produced at your request after cancellation of a live session remain billable if already printed.
