Data we collect

• School records shared for an engagement, which should be anonymised wherever possible.

Purposes

We use personal data to answer enquiries, deliver contracted briefs, invoice, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in Vietnam.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for five years unless a shorter period is agreed in writing. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.
